This service cannot be booked directly online.
To secure your event date, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Booking Information

  • Bookings are accepted by prior arrangement only
  • A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required
  • A 30% deposit is required to secure the event date
  • All deposits are non-refundable

Final Payment

  • The remaining balance (70%) must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event
  • Failure to complete full payment may result in cancellation
  • In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event:
    ➜ 70% of the total amount will be refunded
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event:
    ➜ No refund will be issued

This policy is in place due to preparation time, materials and scheduling required for each event.
