SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES
All products offered by AR BLOOM LUXE LTD are handmade and made to order.
In addition to physical products, we provide event decoration services, including but not limited to birthday decorations, party setups, and custom installations.
Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Colours, materials, and final appearance may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our work and individual screen settings.
SECTION 3 – EVENT DECORATION SERVICES & BOOKINGS
Some services, including event decorations, cannot be booked directly online and are provided by enquiry only.
By booking an event decoration service, you agree to the following terms:
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date
• The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event
• Failure to complete the full payment by this time may result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will not be refunded
Event dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received.
SECTION 4 – CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (EVENT SERVICES)
Event decoration services are subject to the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event:
→ 70% of the total amount will be refunded
→ The 30% deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event:
→ No refund will be issued
This policy reflects the preparation time, materials, and scheduling required for each event.
SECTION 5 – ORDERS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of AR BLOOM LUXE LTD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
