Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
The return address will be provided after return approval.
Handmade, Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All of our products are handmade and made to order.
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Event Decoration Services (Bookings & Deposits)
Event decoration services (including birthday decorations, party setups, and custom event installations) are non-standard services and are subject to the following conditions:
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date
• The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event
• Failure to complete the full payment by this time may result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will not be refunded
Cancellation & Refunds for Event Services
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled event:
→ 70% of the total amount will be refunded
→ The 30% deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event:
→ No refund will be issued
This policy is in place due to preparation time, materials, and scheduling required for each event.
Damages and Issues (Physical Products Only)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised products
• Event decoration services
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, unless the item is custom-made, personalised, or an event service, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds (Physical Products)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
